a new fun hobby is replicating food
Oct. 23rd, 2014 09:07 pmRegina was fascinated with the replicators, and as such, sometimes she didn't know when to stop. She loved watching, but finally she stopped when she had an armful of something called a cinnamon roll. It looked delicious, and sweet, and she went to the only person in quarantine she knew.
Robin was a friend, maybe. She liked him, she liked the easy way he talked to her, liked that he was the first man who didn't look at her like a prize or a challenge. She liked that he treated her with respect. She simply liked him, and he reminded her of Daniel, which made her ache sometimes. But it wasn't always bad. Sometimes it was good.
With an armful of breakfast desserts, she approached Robin and smiled softly.
"I...I have too much food. Would you like one of these? It's...cinnamon. And they call it a roll."
