"Well he's absolutely charming. You must be happy to have him here." Babies were just like that. I can't imagine having one of my own, but they're always so innocent and new and I'm sure they're probably a pain in the ass to have around, but there are few things that can just make me grin like an idiot like a happy gurgling baby can. I guess it's just millennia of evolution rearing it's cheerful head.
